We would like to announce the addition of the LMP Gourmet Blackboard. A dining
reference for parents, this list includes some new local cafes and restaurants which
have joined the LMP community. Please consider these dining options when organising
your end-of-year class dinners and celebrating over the festive season.

Grab some essentials and “nice-to-haves” for the approaching festive/summer season. Simply complete the order form below and return it to the school office no later than Friday 18th November, 2011. Please see the display cabinet outside the ESL building for a display of goods on offer.

Orders must include full payment by cheque or cash. Cheques are payable to “The LEPS Market Place”. Cheques can be for the total amount, regardless of how many different suppliers you are purchasing from. They will be filled and available for pick up the following week on Friday 25th and Monday 28th November  outside the school office from 3.15pm till 4pm. Home delivery is available on some items.

All entries will go into the draw for a $100 voucher from Aussie Farmers.

Your order will generate a donation back to the school. Please support the LMP and the local businesses who support our school. Always mention you are from LEPS, so your donation comes back to the school.

• A very big thank you to Hire A Hubby for their contribution through sale of the Fairy floss – so resourceful with pink sugar, imagine what they can do with odd jobs around the house!
• Thanks to everyone who signed up to Aussie Farmers for a regular grocery delivery – my kids are loving the bagels delivered fresh each Friday morning, the $3 3kg bag oranges are great value and the pasta sauce is fantastic!
• A massive thank you to Agnes Queen of Cupcakes who delighted everyone with her gorgeous cupcake creations – she delivers cupcakes to school if you need some for your child’s next birthday.

Its all systems go at LEPS because on September 3rd, 2011 we are holding our tri-ennial fete. At this event we expected to cater for over a thousand people offering food, rides, entertainment and market stalls. This year’s theme is “World Bazaar” and the LEPS Market Place will take pride of place as each Business Partner will have the opportunity to host a stall and make connections with the school community.

This is a major event for all the families and friends that make up our school community.

It will be the first time that the LEPS Market Place has had a physical presence at the school and we urge each of you to embrace the opportunity to meet the school community and build customer relationships that will continue throughout the year.

All business partners are entitled to a 1.5m x 2m stall space for FREE as part of their current annual membership. Business Partners who wish to upgrade to a larger 3mx3m space will be able to do so at a discounted price. If you are a service provider and you would like to offer a demonstration or consultations, then we invite you to participate as well. We require all okking forms to be returned no later than June 16th. Why so early? – we need to offer LEPS Business partners first opportunity. In the absence of a reply from you, businesses outside the LMP will be approached to particpate. Please find your booking form below return it asap.

As this is a major fundraising event, we are also seeking donations for our silent auction prizes. Whether you can offer a voucher and/or a tangible item, all donations will be greatly appreciated. Please register your generous offer for our Silent Auction in the booking sheet and return it via email or post (details on the sheet)
