Agnes works from her home in East Killara, Sydney, Australia where she lives with her husband Craig and three children, Collette, Charles and Nicholas.
All the cakes are made with the best quality ingredients and locally bought free range eggs and, unlike so many other cupcakes, real butter is always used.
Agnes prides herself on exceptional ingredients, freshness, taste and presentation” and the pretty bit is the icing on the cake!
Agnes’s Signature cake is the, ‘English Rose’. Agnes makes all the cakes herself. There are over 16 flavoured cupcakes. All the icings and royal fondants are hand made by Agnes. All of the cake toppings are hand made from marshmallow, including roses, daisies, hearts and stars to name a few! Her best-selling cakes are those topped with Agnes’s home-made sprinkles of various colours. The sprinkles are also made from marshmallow and are soft and flavoured to eat, unlike the commercial shop brought ones.
Pretty ribboned gift boxes can be provided and a selection of cake stands are available for hire.
Delivery door to door is made by Agnes herself
